Tim has inherited a savoir faire from his grandfather in the bookmaking and gambling industry. Having a wealth of knowledge of four generations who worked in the industry he was determined to make his mark. During the last 15 years Tim has been responsible for the operation and running of several large UK gambling businesses. As Chairman of the Carmen Media Group Tim was also responsible for the setup and launch of the Carmen Media Group in Gibraltar, having first applied for the Gibraltar Gaming Licence in 1999. He continues to lead the Group in its mission to be the industry leader.

In 1996 John and his partner sold their company to a Canadian Corporation, and remaining in the position of Operations Manager, John assisted them in establishing a group of online gaming products. This included the development of websites, setting - up their customer care services, the affiliate program, processing relationships, and their operations back office. He resigned from his position as Operations Manager in 2001, and provided assistance to on-line gaming operations on a consultancy basis. In 2002 he joined Carmen Media focusing on operations and in 2003 accepted the position as Operations Director.

Heleon has been involved in the online gaming industry at a senior level since 1998. Following the completion of his traineeship at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1995, he held 2 senior positions at 2 publicly listed companies (Simba, a division of PFI Ltd. and Trencor Ltd.) before starting his career in the online gaming industry as the Financial Manager of Forwardslash (one of Carmen Media’s leading outsourcing partners). Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to the executive board of Forwardslash as its Chief Financial Officer. In January 2003 he was recruited as Finance Director of Carmen Media Group where he assumes full responsibility for the group’s financial affairs.
